Return policy

Returns must be initiated within 1 week of receiving the product by contacting us via email at Kirshacreations@gmail.com. A product is only eligible for a return if it is damaged on delivery or if you need to change the size. We do not accept returns on custom-made or made-to-measure pieces.

 

Exchange policy (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If the required size is not available, we will exchange it for another style of your choice or refund you the total amount minus shipping. We do not accept returns on custom made or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed for a different size, we will provide alterations (if its possible) at no extra cost but the item cannot be exchanged for a new piece. 
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing order. You need to inform us through our website or Instagram page. In such cases refund will be processed  within 10 working days.

Refund policy

Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
